Diary: Sunday 30 October 2022

Just Dave and Chris working in between the showers in the cemetery today (30 October 2022). Chris was busy trimming the holly trees and saplings that lined the front path as you enter the cemetery as they were overhanging the path, while Dave was busy removing weeds and long grass around the Spiller grave to enhance the boundary line of the grave.

The tidied up Spiller Cairn.

They then proceeded to finish weeding nettles and brambles from along the side of the ‘new hedge’ a job they started a few weeks ago and what a difference they have made. Well done boys.

And Yes there is more, they then went over to the Jarvis grave 4-20 and started to tidy that up before they decided to call it a day. 2 more dumpy bags were filled.

Chris and Dave extended their get well wishes to the other members of the team who were unable to attend for the last few weeks.
