That means they're reopening a grave where there's already been a burial. Looking through my notes it looks like a Francis Rogers was buried there in October 1915: No.1848. 1915 Oct. 1st FRANCIS ROGERS aged 77 years of Mount Cottage Bridgwater Somerset. Minister - F. Basil Davis Asst. Curate. (left margin - Plot A. Sec 1. N.G.) [NG means 'New Grave']. There's no memorial on the plot today, but it's location is in Anglican Plan L, it's on the map in row 6, grave number 7, two plots away from the MEAD memorial when you're visiting in person.
