Alan decided to go into the cemetery today (24 April 2025) to finish off work started Sunday on the Culverwell grave 9-25 and cement the kerbs and posts back together.
First job was to mix up the cement, move the kerbs and posts out to add cement mortar to the pad stones and lever first the long kerbs and then the two short kerbs back into position, this went well. Final job was to cement the four posts back and then clean up the cemented joints. Alan was pleased how the job went. To tidy up the inside of the grave that had sunk badly he added two wheelbarrows of earth. A photo was taken before he made his way home.
